Prebuilt Tower Computer

Hi

I'm looking at buying a pre-built PC (I know it'd be cheaper to build but the PC isn't for me). The PC I was looking at was this https://www.cyberpowerpc.com/system/VR-Ready-Deal-GTX-1070-Ti. The only other thing needed was two monitors and I was looking at these https://www.amazon.com/dp/B075PX2P4N/ref=psdc_1292115011_rv_t1_B01H5KKRLO. The questions I had were for a pre-built PC does this seem worth it? Is it worth upgrading the 1070 Ti to a 1080 for an extra $65 and would there be a better PC/Monitor combo for the same price or less available.

I'd say not to worry about the difference between the 1070Ti and 1080 for the small boost in power and the extra video RAM. That depends on how anal retentive you think the recipient will be. Also I agree with @Sernefarian 's comment. Both are TN panels, might as well get the ones that cost less and have a higher refresh rate.
