Help Build a PC

Im wondering if I can get somewhat of a decent pc for around 500 to 600 bucks.

 

If possible new parts would be nice.

Im not A person who will be playing heavy games.

Is being some time since I don't check prizes but could you answer some questions first in order to give you some piece of advice? 

What are you going to do with the rig:

1. Name games you actually want to play and future things you want to play (would be a shame you buy something and in 6 months you cannot play that sweet new release).

2. Name also programs and other things you might do. I don't think anything proffesinoal related since you are making this question but if you tend to multi task or use heavy cpu programs could be good to know when choosing one.

I tend to play low end games like garry's mod, roblox and stuff like that

 

Something im looking to want to play is the new fallout 76 if possible.
