really simple easy questions

this is my case ( COUGAR solution), i heard it has a good air cooling system if i buy additional 120 mm fans

id like to know if these 120mm fans are good quality or not , if they are loud or not 

 

and 

 

can i overclock my amd fx-8320 with the COOLER MASTER hyper 212 evo?

i dont know about the fans but yes you can o/c with the hyper 212

The fans are pretty good and shouldn't be loud at all. You can get a decent oc with the 212 Evo.

can you explain me how u were able to deduct that? about the 120mm fans O.o

Cougar Turbines aren't exactly an off brand. There are many accounts regarding experiences with the fans along with tests and benchmarks.
