overheating Over Heating GPU

hello all,

I have conductonaut liquid metal on rx 480 nitro+ 8gb and i was working just fine (30s - idle and 60s - stress test) but latly my gpu has gotten a lot hotter 80s even 90s playing pubg and then often PC shutting off heat protection thing. would re-pasting help i have as5 and mx4, would this help???

I would attempt to reapply paste. Could've evaporated off due to not tightly secured screws.

yh that what what i was thinking, i never screwed the screws in that tight cus i did not want the metal squirting out on to the PCB and killing the gpu

Screw until hand tight, and do a crisscross pattern.
