Google the manual for your board and look for the CLEAR CMOS procedure. Most of the time it'll be a button you'll need to hold for 15 seconds or so, or two pins you'll need to short for the same amount of time using something conductive.

But it wont wipe my pc or smth right? Or like damage anything. Like I dont care that much but this pc is 3 days old...

If you have an overclock it'll reset it, and it might change the boot order for your drives, but it won't harm anything unless you do it while your PC is running.

Yea so it will only reset your BIOS settings like overclocks, memory profiles, boot disk priority, etc. It will not touch anything on your drives so your Windows installation will be safe.
