The front USBs are powered by a single USB 3.0 cable, which goes into the USB 3.0 header. The blue cable, to be exact, should go into the keyed port on the motherboard, usually bottom-right or middle-right, you can't miss it.

There are 2 cables and 1 header.

Oh huh, I would've thought Maximus Codes would have 2 headers. Are you able to put one into a USB 2 header?
