I'm not too sure on if they ship to Europe, but you should check out some of Monoprice's 3D printers.

This one's equivalent to around 350 Eur https://www.monoprice.com/product?p_id=15711

I'm probably gonna get this one from them in not too long: https://www.monoprice.com/product?p_id=15365

Specs: CPU - Intel i7 8700K @ 5GHz | GPU - Gigabyte GTX 970 G1 Gaming | Motherboard - ASUS Strix Z370-G WIFI AC | RAM - XPG Gammix DDR4-3000MHz 32GB (2x16GB) | Main Drive - Samsung 850 Evo 500GB M.2 | Other Drives - 7TB/3 Drives | CPU Cooler - Corsair H100i Pro | Case - Fractal Design Define C Mini TG | Power Supply - EVGA G3 850W

What makes it worth while is the plate heated

For the first one on there, you get a 20x20x18cm build area, easy setup, heated build plate, USB and SD card connectivity, resolution of 100 microns (0.1mm), 150mm/sec printing speed, max extruder temp of 500F (260C), and the ability to print with ABS, PLA, XT Copolyester, PET, TPU, TPC, FPE< PVA, HIPS, Jelly, Foam, and Felty.

I'm not sure what competition is out there in that price range though.

I recommend not going with the CR-10s if it's your first 3D printer. The Monoprice is so much less hassle and it's great for beginners. The 20x20 bed is sufficient for start and is so much easier to level.

I regret not getting a smaller 3D printer from the start. Now my CR-10 collects dust because i spent too much time trying to get it to work properly and I gave up. My Monoprice Select Plus is on it's way and I can't wait to print something good out of the box without hours and hours of fiddling.
