I have 2 GPUs and I want to know how i can use them at the same time

Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000 - 1024 Mbytes

AMD Radeon(TM) HD 7670M - 1024 Mbytes

When I play GTA V it says that i have only 1024 Mbytes of memory

 

 

I have a HP Pavilion G7 2150so

Simply put,

No you cannot use your iGPU (intel) and your dGPU (AMD) at the same time.
