Dose anyone know how to make the bar smaller?

today is started my computer and they were big

You can right click the icons and choose to hide them in the chrome menu

not the icons i mean the thing u click on to close chrome

No its only in chrome

Go to: 
chrome://flags/

And put this in the search:
#windows10-custom-titlebar

Then set the flag to 'Disabled' and relaunch chrome.
