3930k help me overclock more

hi, i have a 3930k on a Asus p9x79 pro and i can only overclock to 4.6ghz stable

cpu:      i7 3930k (rev c2)
cooler:  scythe mugen 3 (push pull) 
mobo:   p9x79pro (Rev 1.xx)
ram:      16gb ddr3
gpu:      gtx 1070
psu:      rm750x

Noctua NH-15D or watercooling might be cool enough to go farther

What are the temps?

Also it might just be the CPU...

Most people only get an oc of 4.5-4.8GHz on that CPU

sorry for the late replies,i didn't get an email.
the temps are fine, i'm still fine tuning the voltage 1.4 vcore is stable with 1.9pll (can drop it to 1.6) and 1.2v on vccsa 
but... the right voltage with those settings is between 1.35v to 1.4v (for me atleast) ALSO disabling 2 cores lets me oc higher but my single core goes down the drain?
