What MOBO?

Hi,

 

I am making my first build with an i7 8700K and an Asus GTX 1080, and I wondered what Motherboard I should use. I’m planning on doing some slight overclocking. I’m thinking about the Gigabyte Aorus Gaming 7, ASUS ROG Maximus X Hero or the ASUS ROG Strix Z370-E Gaming, but I’m open to suggestions.

Got a gaming 7 and last two builds were gigabyte and i'll suggest not getting the gigabyte one. I've had so many minor Pettit issues with mine and now the vrms burned up and they're rma'ing it. To gigabytes credit it was super fast and smooth for them to decide to rma it didn't have to jump through hoops etc so +1 their. Board arrived today to them now just how long for a replacement? I insured the package for $230 in hopes it'd get lost in the mail so I could get a new board which I'd go either of the two Asus boards you mentioned if I re did my 8700k build.
