Need help with bios update

I just built a new pc and wanted to update the BIOS of my MB.

So i connected my monitor, but for some reason nothing shows up.

 

After asking around the problem might be my current CPU, which the MB doesn't support yet apparently.

Is there a way to fix this?

 

Info:

MB: Asus Prime B350-Plus

CPU: Ryzen 2600
