Hi

i've been looking at used parts recently. And I came across a cheap 8 gig stick of ram called

"Major Chip for AMD 1720"

is this still just a normal stick of is there something to it?

It's an online ad i have no idea. Would it still work with an Athlon cpu?

Which generation? Do you have the model?

But if you want to buy that, make sure you don't overpay. It's not worth even $30.

Already have it. Could use 8 more gigs for a CSGO potato.

oh and the cpu is an Athlon II X4 640.
