Upgrading my rig

Hey  there LTT community. I've been watching LTT videos since ages now and yet i've never had an account here on the forums. Enough non-sence tho.... i have a pc here with me that i want to upgrade with faster CPU and better GTX, maybe even more ram. The issue is i did not build a pc since 2005 myself so i need some help regarding finding the best suitable parts for the MOBO and case....

The only thing that is not listen maybe is the case.... Dell Optiplex 3020.

we don't need every single process that's running on your rig, just list the specs and remove everything else. you have the midtower or SFF variant? what's your country and budget?

1) - I have the midtower.

2) - Bulgaria

3) - N/A (will do my best to find the parts here, will be hard)

look for a mini RX 580/gtx 1060 and i7 4770/Xeon e3 123x v3, upgrade the PSU if needed.
