Gtx 780 not detected

My gtx 780 is not showing up in the Nvidia drivers, the bios or in device manager.

I have a 600 watt thermaltake psu

Full system specs please  

 

Is your monitor connected to the GTX780 and can you get into Windows that way at least, or can't you get any display out of the card at all? Does the card work in another PC?

I5 2400

16 gb dd3 ram

Gtx 780

Intel motherboard 

SanDisk 250 gb ssd

600 watt power supply 

If I plug my gpu into the monitor nothing happens.

I bought it used and seller showed me it in device manager

I've just flashed my motherboard and it still doesn't see the card
