Hi I’m looking at mid tower pc cases. I’m thinking about the Corsair spec 06 rgb and the Corsair obsidian 500d se. How do you feel about these cases in terms of airflow and looks? Please let me know any cases you would suggest, preferably ones between $50 - $150, good airflow, tempered glass, and maybe rgb. Thanks.

the Spec 06 judging from the photos doesn't look like it would have good airflow, it also lacks a Power Supply mounting bracket, which isn't a huge deal but it makes handling cables much much easier. The Obsidian 500d if I recall correctly is basically a modified 570x frame which isn't half bad.

honestly what do you plan to put in the case, that will determine a lot of what you need to look for in a case, Like I have a Define Meshify C for one computer tower but it's downfall is the fact I had to remove my HDD caddy to fit my Corsair RM750x PSU because with the cables in place the PSU was just to long, not a lot of room in front of that motherboard tray either so it's really compact for a full ATX case, not really any room if you have dreams of a custom waterloop and dual GPU's, you can barely squeeze 2 hybrid GPU's into it. On the other hand the 570x has room for days up front to hold a reservoir and has 2 3.5" drive sleds tucked on the back of the frame so it's got the room for a full custom loop and it has 3 RGB fans in the front. the Meshify C has a much more open front so it will definitely cool better, remember everytime air has to turn 90 degrees it greatly loses velocity, it will need regular cleaning either way hiigher airflow cases means more dust buildup on the filters.
