Can't put PC into Sleep Mode

Hello.  This is probably a really simple problem, but you never know.  I just built a new PC, and I cannot put it into sleep mode.  Whenever I try, it basically turns off, fans power off and everything, but then it just powers right back on, and I'm not moving my mouse or anything like that.  Thanks in advance.

I had a problem like this a few years back, it was my usb hub and other usb devices can have a similar effect. disconnect all usb devices but you mouse and try to put the system to sleep again.
