get a corsair CX450/M or coolermaster masterwatt instead, the S/M12ii are old as dirt and missing protections.

The rx 580 is 20$ cheaper in my country with almost identical results so i chose it any comments?

Which country are you from? And where will you be buying the parts?

 

Things look okay on the surface, but we need more details such as the exact GPU, case, and RAM you're getting. You might also want to get an SSD. As little as 120gb is enough to install your OS and web browsers.
