Bluetooth Connection issues on ASUS Z270i motherboard

Hi!

Quick Disclaimer:

I am not very familiar with Windows 10 or Windows in general since I just as of last January got myself a self-built PC (Mac-user usually). So bare with me if I have not checked all the flags needed in order to verify and narrow down my problem.

The part in question:

  • ASUS Z270i Motherboard with Qualcomm Atheros QCA61x4A Bluetooth Module

Windows Version:

Windows 10 64-Bit (Build: 17134.165)

Bluetooth Driver Version:

10.0.0.448

The Issue:

I was able to connect everything bluetooth related as like headphones, keyboards, mice, and my DS4 (PS4 controller) in the beginning. After some time (no relevant update before the time it appeared) my bluetooth connection started to time out and eventually to stop working completely.

What I have tried:

  • Shutting off the PC and restart it
  • Switch Bluetooth switch on and off
  • Try resetting my bluetooth headphones and DS4 controller and try reconnecting
  • Troubleshooting via Windows 10 Troubleshooting tool
  • Update Drvier automatically
  • Update Drvier manually by going to ASUS support website
  • Deinstall/reinstall drivers
  • Device Manager settings: Do not allow to shut off
  • Completely drain power (shutting the PC off and plugg it out wait for a minute then power back on)

Here are some pictures to clarify:

Other parts: (if needed)

PSU: Corsair SFX 600W

SSD: Samsung 960 EVO NVME M.2 (256gb)

Miscellaneaous:

  • Bluetooth adapter shows up three times in Device Manager (see pictures). Twice in Network Adapter and once in Bluetooth. Is this normal?
