- Buy a ROG Strix Z370-E instead, it's a bit better than the Z370-F

- Buy a Crucial MX500 500GB instead of the 860 EVO 250GB

- Don't spend so much money on Trident Z RGB ram, buy Corsair Vengeance LPX instead and spend the extra money elsewhere

- Buy a EVGA G2 650W rather than the G3

- Don't buy an AIO liquid cooler, buy a Dark Rock 4 instead

Agree mostly, but LPX is not much cheaper

Things are looking okay. Just a few notes.

1.) You might want to replace your SSD to an NVME SSD like this one: ADATA - XPG SX6000 256GB M.2-2280. It's faster and less expensive.

2.) The EVGA G3 has OTP and OPP issues. Here are some alternatives.

EVGA 210-GQ-0650-V1

EVGA 120-GP-0650-X1

SeaSonic FOCUS Plus 550 Gold

Corsair TX550M Gold

3.) For your RGB setup, you'll be using 3 different softwares to control your RGB. Aura Sync, Mystic Light, and CAM. That's not very ideal unless you're fine with it.

If it's just for gaming, the 8700K is not a wise choice especially if you already have a 7600K.  7600K has slightly higher base clock and most games aren't optimized to run on more than 4 cores.  If you were streaming or editing too, then that's a different story.
