My budget is around £1000 GBP and I have 2 1080p monitors. (Got all peripherals)

My aim is for streaming games on this pc for games like GTAV , Hunt Showdown and new games.

Would this be a good build and what should I improve or change. One question would the motherboard need a bios update to work with the ryzen 7 out of the box?

Thanks in advanced!

Thanks! Will do some research, its a 240mm and I think the case can only hold upto 120mm so I will try and find a 120mm version!

NZXT site says that case fit up toa  280MM radiator front mounted. So the 240MM should front mount as well...

However it seems to be generally suggested to top mount your radiator if it's an option. possibly finding a case that lets you do that could be a worthwhile time investment?

I won a computer from AMD and Cyberpower a few years ago, swapped out the case fans and cheap parts (PSU and storage)

It came with an i7 6700k and an antec 120mm aio.

It did a good enough job, kinda struggled at 4.8GHz though.

Bought a new case and decided to get the water out of my PC and bought a Dark Rock TF.

Case only had 150mm clearance for cpu cooler.

It works great, tops out at 60C with AIDA64 stress test, at 4.2GHz.

And no more possibility of a leak.

Plus fewer and less drastic points of failur.

That's my dilemma its either getting a good heatsink or aio liquid cooler. Thanks for the advice

For the CPU cooler what edition was it, what watt was it?

What cooler do you guys recommend? Air or a AIO? Kind of thinking about a air cooler as it would be safer and would have no risks of leaks happening

either way you go if it has 120MM fan slots and you want even more cooling at a pretty low cost you could try snagging some Scythe Slisptreams to replace the stock fans on the cooling units with. They are on the louder end of 120MM fans, but it's hard to argue with their relatively insane 110.3 CFM. They are tied for 19th amongst 140MM and 120MM fans listed on PCPP, and cost less than the rest of the roughly top 50 fans. Though the Xigmatek XAF-F1451 pushes 90.3 at half the decibels which makes it a winner as well. In the UK it costs 0.46 less than the slipstream. 7.89 vs 7.43.

The likelihood of an AIO leak is fairly small, however potentially catastrophic if it does occur and the fluid used is electro-conductive. Air cooling is the safer option.
