I started creating a steam account with my Gmail for verification. I then accidentally closed the original window, and only kept the verification window. Now, because I have verified with my Gmail, whenever I start over from the beginning it says "Email has already been verified, please return to account creation window." Which doesn't exist. And the window which I resent the email with (Started over account creation) still says my email wasn't verified. Help!

If you verified it you should be able to login now, there's no need to start over.

I never entered a username so I literally don't have a login, at least that I know of.

Did you choose a password? email should be used as username.

Just login with your email address.

Why not just Email Steam Support?

If you didn't create a user name or password, you should be able to just restart with create a new account.   They would resend to the same email account for verification.

maybe try hitting forgot password and enter your email to recover it.

Get in contact with Steam support. It's different system from Steam itself so you have to create account to there too. They can be painfully slow to reply, or have been in past when I have needed assistance.
