FXV03VM upgrade help

I recently bought an ASUS FX503VM which comes with an i5-7300HQ, 1060 3GB,8GB Of RAM and a 256gb SSD. I want to add a hardrive for more storage but I am unable to find the maximum hard drive size. Is anyone able to help? I've looked for 3 hours but there is no actual specification for the maximum size of the hard drive the laptop can be equipped with. Thanks.

There won't be a spec.  Hard drives are handled by the OS, which in a 64 bit OS is a super quadrillion zillions (or near).  Just put in the largest that fits that form factor.

I'm trying to find what form factor will fit... There is no maximum size in mm listed..

What's the numbers after the hyphen?  Like this is the FX503VM-NS52...

Most laptops support 7mm 2.5 inch drive

Well I don't need most laptops. I am trying to find the max height. There is a drive that is 9.5mm which would be perfect if I could find the maximum drive height of this chasis.

FX503 doesn't support anything besides 7mm

I can't confirm 100% that it doesn't support 9.5mm drive, but I'm pretty sure it can't. Laptop nowadays rarely support those form factors especially thinner ones

Again, open it up.  You're going to have to do that to put a new drive in anyway.
