portable windows with programs on ssd

Hi everybody, i'm new on the forum and i hope someone can help me

Is there a way i can make a bootable ssd with windows and all my programs and games already installed?

I would like to bring it with me, mount it in a pc and it's ready to be used, like they do on LTT: they mount the ssd on a brand new pc and it already has all that they need.

 

i know it may sound a simple task but i wasn't able to find anything about.

Thank you for help in advance. (i hope my request is clear, english is not my main language :))
