For internet cafe shop

Hello guys,

 

I would like to get some opinion about this build.

 

Intended for my father's internet cafe shop: 

Ok so my dad wants me to build a cpu that could accommodate the games listed below. I have a tight budget 100$ for the cpu only. I know it is not possible to get  a good rig with this so I went online and looked for prebuilt cpus. Found one that has these specs. 

 

MOBO: gigabyte ga-m68mt-s2

Proc: amd athlon 2 x3 440 (tricore) 

Ram: 4GB DDR3

VCARD: Palit GT 730 2GB

 

Games to be played: 

Dragon nest Sea

Dota 2

Lol

Crossfire Sea

 

Any ideas if this is a good idea? Haha.
