Fan/System Air Flow Advice

Hey, I'm upgrading my current pc with some parts after my GPU died, and wasn't sure what the best airflow setup would be, hoping for some advice.

The new case I'm getting is the Fractal Design Define R6. The only thing I have set in stone in my mind is for the 280mm rad to be front mounted.
I'm running a 1080ti was thinking of going for the top two fan's and the back fan on the exhaust and probably an intake on the bottom or something like that so the to try and gain a neutral pressure and avoid negative pressure.

Thanks for any of the help.

What you have in mind sounds fine but having the rad as top exhaust and front intake with just case fans instead would probably result in better temps for the graphics card which is generally more sensitive than the cpu to temperature.
