Audio setup help needed

Ok so the setup is as follows:

I have a 1060 with 1 hdmi and 3 displayports.

I want to hook up a monitor and a TV to the PC and an amp.

I want to be able to watch content from the PC, as well as from the TV applications.

If I connect the monitor to the pc with hdmi and the tv with display and plug 3.5 mm jack in monitor i get sound from pc but not TV Apps.

If i connect monitor with display and TV with hdmi and plug 3.5 mm jack into TV Everything works except I need to have my TV always on when im on my PC.

Is there a way to have everything working without using a different channel on the amp?

I use a receiver, HDMI into it, HDMI out to the TV, Pre outs from it to an AMP for my speakers. 

 

DP to my monitor.

 

For my headphones I use USB out to my Schiit Lyr 3.
