Problem with motherboard

Pc reboot 3 Times then i get no signal with new motherboard.

Tried 2 different gpus gtx 660ti and gtx 970, tried both pcie ports. 

The motherboard is an msi p67a gd65 with i7 2600k with 24gb ram

Can't get into bios cuz no signal, there is no intergrated gpu in this motherboard.

Tried hdmi and dvi on my t.v and monitor

Tried clearing cmos, this is an used bord btw, owner tried it day before i bought it and it worked, psu: xfx 850 w 80 plus bronze

Hard to say, probably mainboard is broken. Like I write in other post - try to remove cooler for a while (you can put cooler on processor, but without mounting) and then turn on computer for 10 seconds. Sometimes too heavy cooler (or mounted too tigh) can make that type of problems. But it's probably motherboard anyway.
