Hard to say, probably mainboard is broken. Like I write in other post - try to remove cooler for a while (you can put cooler on processor, but without mounting) and then turn on computer for 10 seconds. Sometimes too heavy cooler (or mounted too tigh) can make that type of problems. But it's probably motherboard anyway.
