I can't run CS:GO

I was running CS:GO at 120 fps, took a break, came back, now it only runs at 20 fps if I am lucky. 
I'm not sure what happened.
My specs are 
AMD FX 8350
RX 480
8 gb ddr3 ram.

yeah that sounds like csgo to me

Try setting the process affinity for csgo.exe to the final four threads. See what that affects because that grants me better performance in Team Fortress 2.

panorama is being gay, game with 2 different uis at the same time. restart computer and try

its the shit panorama UI f*cking everything up.

 

I legit can't turn of round music in CS and it makes me want to die.
