synapse 3 profiles not working.

guys please help me, ive posted this like 2 times and nobody is answering.
People that post after me with only a few minutes get their questions answered.

I hope this doesnt count as spamming because im changing the post eachtime and there's a 2+ hours between each post.

 

anyways, problem's that i just bought a razer ornata, mamba TE, firefly hard edition. 

All of which are chroma.

And whenever i install profiles from the workshop only the firefly works, the mamba TE and the ornata have their lights shut off.

I tried installing profiles from reddit and stuff but they wont work either, and most of them are .razerchroma files, synapse 3, or atleast for me, only accepts .ChromaEffects files.

Please help guys.
