I have a sound card because my father is old and refuses to accept PC now work without sound cards so i got the cheapest one i could find.

So, it looks like you have a lot of headroom with your budget. If you want to spend the money, you could get a Maximus board like the ASUS ROG Maximus X Formula or ASUS ROG Maximus X Hero. They are great for overclocking.

The Maximus X Formula also has dual m.2 slots, so you can expand.

Does the hero's M.2 slots share bandwith with its Sata 6GBPS slots
