This is seamingly a simple question that might require a complex answer, but what loop components (pumps, fans, radiators) would be best for a silent costum loop setup?

Laning D5 with the variable RPM function, 7 volt fan adapters, generally fat radiators, and of course silent as possible fans.

 

if you want radiator advice you need to tell us what case you have so we can try to find a suitable radiator thickness & size

MCP35X with SilentBox and low FPI radiators to pair with low RPM fans.

 

That thing looks pretty smart, and would be a fitting addition to my case which also is designed to dampen noise..
