Best Monitor for PS4?

Hey everyone, 
I've done a bunch of searching and yet I still haven't found any monitor that I find suitable for a PS4 due to all the sketchy reviews on YouTube and on Amazon. 
Most of what I find has reviews that aren't all that great, mentioning things about "ghosting, screen tearing, etc." so I'm stuck.  
I'm also on a tight budget, so that's another thing. 
[$90-$180]
Suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
