Is my computer performing right?

Hello, so I have a Ryzen 1700 STOCK with a gtx 1080 at 2000mhz and 16gb of 3000mhz ram and I received a 2734 score on HEAVEN all extreme 1080p and only 1311 on CINEBENCH R15. I feel like something is holding my performance down in games etc.

1300 seems about right for the Ryzen 7. Can you share your temps?

Its relatively good just notice a lot of frame drops and stuttering at times games from BF1, WoW, pubg, cod ww2 and even CSGO at times
