yup,even if something goes wrong and you wont be able to get into the bios,you can always reset it by removing the cmos battery and puting it back in

Overclocking is idiot proof today. You have to work really hard to damage your CPU like with extreme high voltage over long time. But even there are safety nets so you cant fry it instant.
