Can't display from my gpu

I have a 1080 ti but there is no output from either HDMI or DP. I have performed a clean install of the drivers and both windows 10 (up to date) and my bios detects it. Can someone help me out?

Are the power cables plugged into the card properly?

 

If yes, is the card fully plugged into the PCIe slot?

I'm assuming so. I was under the impression that if windows can detect it that wouldn't be the case, am I mistaken?

 

EDIT: here's a picture, my psu came with this cable that had 2 of the 6+2 pcie power connections. I used both on it. Should I have used 2 separate cables?

Update: I made no changes, performed another clean installation and it all works now. Seems weird. Maybe something went wrong with the first 2. Anyways thanks TJ for trying to help and anyone who didn't post but wanted to look into my problem!
