My liquid cpu cooler leaked and killed my gpu, it did not harm the system. The manufacture send me $600CAD for the damage.  I also need a new gpu since my old one died, my old one was a gtx 980. For this pc I baisaccly need with my $600CAD budget I need a cpu cooler and a gpu please send me some recommendations.

For GPU I do not need something super good for gaiming, I just need something that will support alot of 4k/1440p/1080p screens since I am gonna soon get alot of screens for productivity and I am pretty sure that vram will help me alot. I do not game alot , but I do like playing some older games in 1440p/4k and occaisonaly  new  games in at least 1080p 60fps. Please give me some recocomendations.

I am mainly a student and I will need my computer for alot of productivity, computer sciencce stuff, and I am thinking about getting some video editing done on it soon.

Please stay under $600CAD and make sure it fits what I need it for.

So far I am thinking between the gtx 1060, rx 580 or rx 570 but dont know which company to choose/ cooler design to choose, if you have different recomendations let me know.

Dark Rock Pro 4 is pretty good and looks way better than the NH-D15. It performs about the same as well and is the same price as the NH-D15 (atleast here in the US on amazon). As for the GPU there is currently a 1070 Mini from Zotac on amazon and it's $420 (hah meme) so it'll fit under your budget :D

First of all i need $600 with hst/tax incuded.

I also dont want like a cheap version of a gpu, I want something that will last a really long time with  a really good vrm design, good cooling, and quite

I don't know why you would think the Mini is a "cheap version of a gpu" unless there's something I haven't heard about (probably has) but the if you could stretch your budget a bit there's the 1070 STRIX from Asus or the Dual 1060 (its white). If you want to you could buy a 1070 stock (like the guy above said) but you probably shouldn't go for an h60 because air coolers beat pretty much all AIO's that aren't 240mm or more in that price range.

I know, but i already had an amd rx 580 aorus edition and the fans were cheap and caused alot of noise and eventiually a fan stopped working. I rma gpu then got a new aorus card, still had issue so I traded it with a gtx 980 ftw evga and it ran great no issues.  I just want gpu to be as reliable as possibe and to run as cool as possible so i prefer a really good expensive gtx 1060 over a  cheap gtx 1070(by cheap I mean a gpu that has less good vrm design, more hot, less fans).  I am also planning on keeping the gpu for the next 4-6 year so I want it to last as long as possible. Remember the tax included with my 600cad budget. I am a high school student I dont want to spend to much on system components. I  need to save money for important stuff like future education/ driving lessons, etc. I have spend more time troubleshooting my pc then using it and I just want to stop troubleshoting and start using it. Plus I dont need such a high end GPU, I just need a good gpu for multi monitor setup with 4k and 1440p displays for productivity, and occational gaiming  with at least 1080p 60fps.

A 1060 will do fine then. Any big name 1060 will do as it shouldn’t run as hot and thus you shouldn’t need to worry about VRM’s that much
