So i bought a I7-8700k with a asus pro 4 to fit the chipset and right after putting them in i tried to play csgo but my pc would do one of 3 things after about 15 min to 2 hours- black screen and my fans would go into over driver like it was over heating but i figured out that  wasnt the problem, black screen with a sound of the last thing i heard in game but the sound was like frozen/ continuous, and the most common thing would just black screen with my pc still on. After it happened a few more times i figured i should try another game and i tried fortnite and same result. I tried destiny 2 same result but i then i tried playing rainbow 6 and the problem never occurred. I played rainbow for about 4 hours on a few different occasions and i worked like it should.

I ended up switching my gpu with 2 other pc's and all my games worked fine with different gpu's (one was a 970 and the other 1080 ti)

I tried using a diffrent power supply and it didnt fix it

I tried switching out my ram and that didnt work

I tried re-installing my drivers and windows 10 multiple times but that also didnt work

My PC parts:

Mother board - Asus z370 pro 4
