Not Working AMD Graphics Card

Hey Guys. I have a dell inspiron 15 5567 i5 laptop and it has two graphics card one of intel and another is amd. The problem is my amd graphics card doesnt work dont know why.... also i wanted it to make the primary graphics card any ways to do that, ????

the laptop is going to use proprietary drivers from dell for the switchable graphics and always default to the intel gpu when the amd isn't needed. are you running the proprietary drivers or are you just letting windows kind of do whatever it wants driver wise?
