Hey I’m looking for a good wireless headset preferably under 180. Been looking at the Astro A20s, Steelseries Artic 7s, and the hyperx flight. I have been told just to spend the 300 for the Astro A50s or spend the 200 for the Steelseries Siberia 800s. Outa these 5 which do you guys think is best or any other option. I am really looking for sound quality for FPS games like csgo, pubg, so forth and I don’t care about mic quality I have a mic. I am also really looking for comfort. So comfort and sound are my top priorities.

I was in the market for a wireless headset about a month ago. I decided to go with Hyper X Cloud Flight, to be honest it is a bit over priced and the range is not great imo, between 2 concrete walls I get no signal. But at the end of the day, I would choose it again because it is very light weighted and the most comfortable for my head among all the headsets you have mentioned (yes I have tried them all), also I am not a fan of virtual 7.1.
I suggest you go try it out yourself to see which is the most comfortable if that is possible.

SteelSeries Arctis 7 gets some really positive reviews on the comfort side, and they're not overly expensive.

You should find a place where you can try them out, or order online where you can send the item back if it doesn't please you.

There's also Arctis Pro which comes with a second battery that is always charging in the wireless hub, so you'll never need to recharge your headphones again, just swap out the batteries and you're ready to go. Same comfy build as the Arctis 7.

If you want sound quality then gaming brands are wrong place to look at.

As rule they are competition of who can charge the most ludicrously excessive profit margin for cheap trinket production.

And the bigger the marketing hype the less money was used on actual product.

Pricing varies between countries, but for that kind budget you could get Sennheiser RS model.

Though wireless extra in price is quite major.

Translation from markering BS: Battery life sucks, despite of use of proprietary battery.

If I were you I would get an Audio Technika M50X  with the bluetooth adaptor and whatever cheap microphone you can find. Amazing audio quality (top notch, really) and wired/wireless flexibility. If you have a webcam, chances are it already has a decent microphone anyway.

I got my astro a50s from ebay used for about 150 dollars, and i believe the deal is still running. They came without the box, but in spectacular condition. after cleaning they looked  brand new. I would recommend looking into that if you are not a germaphobe of any sort

Call me strange but I have always been afraid to purchase tech from eBay. The condition says new but is it really worth the risky buying something of this price used?

Trust me, i was the same exact way. i thought it is the worst option to actually buy tech from ebay, but after my experience with this astro headset, my fears are gone. the condition listed for my headphones was "used - other", and it was like new. if it is listed as new by the seller you can expect nothing less, and if you are unhappy ebay has a great system where you contact them if the product you bought is not as listed, ebay refunds you and you send it back to ebay, who sends it back to the seller
