I  built a desktop with these parts:

SUPERMICRO MBD-X10SRA-F-O ATX Server Motherboard LGA 2011-3 Intel C612

Radeon Pro WX 5100 100-505940 8GB 256-bit GDDR5 Workstation Video Card

SAMSUNG 32GB 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM Load Reduced DDR4 2133 (PC4 17000) Server Memory Model M386A4G40DM0-CPB

Intel XEON E5-2620v4 Processor 3.0GHz Max Turbo / 8-Core / 20MB Cache

It was working fine for a month or so, but then all of a sudden today it got really slow and I rebooted it and now it isn't turning on. It shows post code 67. It goes from 04 60 67. I switched the single 32GB of RAM into another DIMM and also learned the CMOS by shorting the JBT1 jumper.

Any ideas? Help! Thanks.
