Black borders

Hey guys,

 

My little brother got his new GPU and he loves it. But on his screen there are black borders on the side and top. We sett the resolution to 1920x1080 but it doesn't work.

What do I do?

Go into the settings using the buttons on your monitor, you may have to change the H size and V size
