I just recently installed a 120mm AIO radiator in my PC and I'm getting pretty much the same thermals as I did with the intel stock cooler. I'm running a G4620 right now but I have an i5-8400 on the way in the mail and with the stock cooler the hottest the cpu would get was about 52C while playing PUBG. After Corsair H60 install, it gets to about 49C with the same test.... I am new to liquid cooling but not heatsinks, what the hell am I doing wrong? I know its nowhere near a bad temp, and I did not install the AIO for the G4620 but I know I should be getting lower temps.. Not same as intel stock! What the hell am I doing wrong? Yes, reverse it. the fan should blow the heat out, not in.

There's not anything wrong with that actually. Bringing cool air from outside is perfectly fine and some would even argue a more effective means of water cooling. It's certainly not wrong. The problem more than likely is simply the fact that 120mm AIOs do not perform THAT well... they will be beat hands down by top end air coolers. A little research will tell you this. What are your ambient temps?
