right now i am building a pc with a ryzen 3 2200g cpu with stock cooler for the moment i dont have gpu and only one case fon on a corsair carbide 100r maybe two if an old one i have lying around is compatible but do plan to install gpu should i attempt to get fans now (note: low on budget) or wait to get gpu and buy fans then

a quick side note how many decibels does it take for fans to start being annoying
