Bug/Issue: Status update formatting bar

The formatting bar has two different layouts. The layout changes depending on whether or not the focus is on the ext field or on the header/surround.

 

Maybe it's an layout for the future?

Odd, I don't have that issue. I'm on Windows 10 Pro 1803, Google Chrome v67.0.3396.99 (64-bit), AdBlock current version.
