Pc is not posting Help

My pc I built had many issue but now I have replaced everything but gpu and still won’t post. It’s powering on and gpu but just decides dosnt want post and on my friend pc it didn’t want post as well but on my motherboard out put didn’t want post aswel it’s:

b1501 pro gaming aura by Asus

i5-7500 3.4ghz

6mb  ram coarisar ddr4 vengeance ram

psu aero cool integrator mod cat 650

gpu r9 sapphire 270sx 2gb

somthing kinda same I think. Plz help

If I can parse this wall of text properly, it sounds like your GPU is bad.
