Water-cooling GPU

im not completely sure but so far i have a slim EK 360 radiator and some tubing i might get an EK GPU or just the CPU block but wanted to know the benchmarks of a water-cooled  sapphire nitro Radeon r9 fury 100379ntoc+sr 4gb 4096-bit card vs it,s stock cooling setup to determine if i want to get the GPU block.
