Posted July 2, 2018 So I added a third monitor to my setup (gtx 1070 and i7 8700k) and for some reason now when I highlight text and type things on the old monitors the text highlights really slowly, and typing is slow too. The new monitor is 144hz, and the old ones are both 60hz. Any ideas? Does nvidia control panel count as display management software? I didn't change anything on my pc before or after adding the new monitor.\ EDIT: This only occurs in google chrome.
