I have a WD blue 500GB m.2 drive and a WD blue 2TB HDD. When I boot into the BIOS of my Asrock X470 Master SLI/AC I have to set my boot priority. I can select which hard drive I want to have priority boot, and then which ever one I pick, I can set whether I want it to boot before or after the UEFI. Once I load into windows, I go to disk management and my 2TB hard drive is not recognized. It is very confusing to my as to why it is recognized in the BIOS but not in windows. I can't help but think it has something to do with the priority hard drive setting but I can't find any way to disable or find a way around it, any experience/ ideas?

I've had the same experience. You just need to assign the partition a letter in disk management. Right click the start button, click "Disk Management," right click the partition you want to access and click "Change Drive Letter and Paths." I hope this helps you :)
