Need help upgrading

So i have been working over the summer to get some cash to upgrade my pc.

I currently have i5 4460 and a 1060 6gb.

The cpu is starting to show its age by limiting my 1060.

I mainly play e-sport games such as csgo, pubg and fortnite and I also do some light video editing.

I also want to start live streaming.

I also want it to last atleast for 4-5 years and upgradeable

Is the 8700k good enough for this or do i have to go with the 2700x? 

If anyone could help me with this that would be awesome.

If you want to get higher frames 8700k will be better overall because it’ll be good at

that and light editing as well as streaming.

Either cpu would be good. The AMD will be a bit better streaming. The Intel a touch better in most games. With a GTX 1060 6GB fps performance will be within the margin of error. So I'd likely go with the 2700X unless the i7-8700K was less expensive.
